IZAS-05 autoinjector set
In the event of life-threatening poisoning by chemical warfare agents such as Sarin, Soman, Tabun, VX, only a few minutes are needed to save the lives of those affected and provide them with adequate medical care.
The set contains three auto-injectors that were developed for self-help or “comrade help” under operational conditions. Each auto-injector is simple, practical and quick to use. The importance of immediate administration of an antidote is shown by the fact that the half-life of “aging” of the enzyme-organophosphorus compound complex is very short, e.g. for the AChE (acetylcholinesterase)-Soman complex only 3-5 minutes, while With AChE-Sarin this takes approx. 18 minutes. This means that after this time only 50% of the blocked enzyme can be reactivated.
The self-help set consists of three auto-injectors against chemical warfare agents
Atropine autoinjector 2 mg/2 ml, solution for injection
Pralidoxime autoinjector + atropine, 600 mg/2 ml + 2 mg/2 ml, solution for injection
Diazepam auto-injector, 10 mg/ 2 ml, solution for injection
